About this Course
This course provides an overview of benchmarking and its benefits across all aspects of a construction project. Our discussion will include an initial look at benchmarking principles and how benchmarking and its uses have evolved over the years. We will walk through how individual rate benchmarking has become a key component when estimating and reviewing project costs, cover some of the methodologies for benchmarking, and identify potential risks and pitfalls.
