After a strategically phased post-merger transition, Cumming and Project One announced this week that they have consolidated operations and will now be operating as Project One Cumming across the Rocky Mountain region, providing project management and related consulting services from the Division’s renovated Denver area office.

The merger of Project One Integrated Services with Cumming was first publicly announced in January 2018, kicking off the beginning of a strategic transition for both local teams. Since that time, the firms have worked to integrate organizational processes and systems and will now officially operate under a joint brand throughout the region.

The Project One Cumming office, at 88 Inverness Circle East, Building G, Suite 101 in Englewood, CO, has the capacity to accommodate all 35 locally based team members, as well as support the Division’s projected growth. The thoughtful transition has allowed Project One’s established client base to become fully aware of the changes and has provided team members with the opportunity to showcase the added value of the combined operations.

“Having all Project One Cumming team members together under one roof allows us to leverage our combined resources while providing unmatched project management and construction advisory services to our growing client base,” said Steve Howard, Managing Principal in Denver.

Project One Cumming’s diverse portfolio now includes an array of assignments in the healthcare, aviation, commercial, hospitality, retail, and high-end residential sectors across Colorado and its neighboring states.
