Cumming Group was pleased to provide project management services for the nation’s third Virgin Hotel, this one located in the Design District of Dallas, TX. The 16-story hotel has 268 “chambers” (hotel rooms) and includes a restaurant and bar called Commons Club, a coffee shop called Funny Library, over 15,000 square feet of meeting space, and a rooftop pool. The interiors of the new hotel were designed by SWOON, the studio, along with Joel Mozersky Design. The architecture firm on this project was 5G Studios. The hotel opened in December 2019.
