Cumming Group provided cost estimates at the schematic, design development, and construction document stages as well as bid review, value engineering, and additional services for rough order of magnitude cost opinions on design options. The renovation provided the arena with over 55,000 sq. ft. of new lobby and concourse space, as well as team and patron spaces, and over 1,000 additional seats.
