River Bluff High School, Columbia, SC

The scope of the project included a new 520,387-sq.-ft. high school with new classrooms, specialty labs, and collaborative teaching spaces; as well as a media center, performing arts, a kitchen / dining area, dual gyms, and administrative support space. Cumming Group also provided management on road widening, off-site sewer, and paving for all parking lots and bus drives. Athletic buildings and competition fields are also included in this project, which is now the largest high school in the state of South Carolina.
