Cumming Group provided cost management services for the construction of a new 10-story, 383,000-sq.-ft. heart and vascular hospital, along with a new 286,000-sq.-ft., multi-story parking structure. Working closely with the construction manager, Cumming Group provided detailed cost estimating and reconciliation throughout design.
