As a result of the master plan, a need has been identified for a building at the Mt. Laurel Campus. This building will house the divisions of Student Enrollment Management, Student Success, and Knowledge Commons (library), as well as a dining space and ancillary support areas. Programming for the building is complete, and Cumming Group has created and issued a Request for Proposal for design services. Cumming Group developed a schedule that will best serve the students, faculty, and visitors, as well as the overall necessitated build-out. The building will be approximately 75,000 square feet and located prominently on the campus facing Route 38. Included in this project is the completion of the loop road on campus, additional parking and necessary pedestrian paths.
