Cumming Group was the Development Manager responsible for the oversight of the design and construction of this luxury EDITION brand development, which is a joint venture between the Ian Schrager Company and Marriott. The project is located in the former Seville Hotel, a historic hotel in South Beach on the oceanfront. The project includes 294 hotel guestrooms, 26 luxury condominiums, two restaurants (Jean-George Chef inspired), the Crazy Box Nightclub, seven bars, two pools, and lush tropical landscaping. The project also includes an addition to the historic tower plus a new 16-story tower as well as a new five-story, crescent-shaped tower with luxury hotel suites.
