This project consisted of the construction of a 20,000-sq.-ft. auxiliary athletic support facility, as well as three artificial turf athletic fields (baseball, softball, and soccer) and associated landscaping on a 13-acre site. The brownfield site was developed with the intent of relocating athletic facilities from the northeast end of campus to meet the needs for academic space on campus. The new auxiliary athletic building includes locker room facilities for recreation and varsity athletics, strength and conditioning space, an athletic training room, team and public meeting space, faculty and coach offices, concessions, restroom facilities, event ticketing, and storage space.
