Cumming Group guided the Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation through their comprehensive facility cost reduction exercise. Our scope included the development of a predictive analytic forecasting tool to aid in such decisions as new employee hires, inventory management, and maintenance prioritization, while at the same time minimizing excess expenditures.
