With 24 stories and 591 contemporary rooms, the 800,000-sq.-ft. Grand Hyatt Nashville reflects Music City’s history, charm, and dynamic personality. Situated in the new Nashville Yards development near preeminent tourist attractions, the hotel opened in October 2020 despite a global pandemic, and was named Best New Hotel of 2020 by USA TODAY. The Grand Hyatt offers 77,000 square feet of event space, making it one of the largest premium venues in Nashville. It also offers stunning views of Music City from the rooftop lounge, pool deck, and ballrooms; a luxury spa; a state-of-the-art workout facility; and signature dining options as well as multiple bars. Cumming Group provided third party project management and scheduling services for the development.
