Cumming Group provided project management services in delivering the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club. We are currently overseeing the next development phase of the project directly north of the property on Collins Avenue in Surfside, Miami. The first phase introduced two stunning 12-story towers, featuring 77 guestrooms and 30 hotel residences, 121 private condos, and an array of amenities, including two exquisite restaurants, oceanfront cabanas, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, and multiple pools. We are grateful to continue to support our client, Fort Partners, and work alongside incredible partners to bring this legendary beachfront property to life.
