Fort Mill School District #4, Fort Mill, SC

The Fort Mill School District commissioned this new 296,000-sq.-ft., multi-level high school for 1,800 students. Situated on a 78-acre site, the building incorporates 75 learning spaces — including classrooms, labs, and music rooms with full practice suites — as well as arts and athletics facilities. The school also includes a state-of-the-art auditorium with multiple backdrop themes and theater-quality lighting to accommodate a variety of productions. Cumming Group managed all aspects of the project from design through construction.
