Cumming is providing cost management services for the core and shell of BioMed Realty’s Gateway of Pacific buildings 1 – 3. Gateway of Pacific is a purpose built, multi-phased development that offers flexible solutions for growing and established life science companies. This fully-integrated +/- 2.0 million rentable square-foot campus is located on an active, urban-park setting. Cumming is also providing cost management services for the fit-out of Traverse, Gateway of Pacific’s +/- 47,000-square-foot amenity center that features two restaurants, a health club, bay and mountain views, and meeting and event space. Construction on Traverse is expected to be complete in Q4 2020. BioMed Realty has pre-leased to Amgen as a tenant at GOP 2. Cumming is providing cost management services on the Amgen tenant improvement fit-out. Construction on the Amgen TI will begin in Q1 2021.
