Cumming Group performed cost management services for the sixth-floor refurbishment and is currently providing cost management services for the extensive ground-floor refurbishment. Both projects are phased in an operating store and include significant work to the exterior of the building. Services include estimating through each design stage, procurement management of general contractors, and direct vendors from bidding to award.
