Cumming Group is providing enhanced fund monitoring to our UK-based client, who is unable to regularly attend project meetings or site visits. Our knowledge of local conditions and practices allows the client to make informed project decisions. Designed by Rafael Vinoly, the project will be the tallest residential tower in the western hemisphere at 1,396 feet and will dramatically change the New York City skyline. Cumming Group is providing fund monitoring to both the lender and developer.
