Dear Valued Clients,
As we continue to adjust to the challenges posed by COVID-19, we wanted to assure you that we are thoroughly prepared to continue servicing your projects and delivering the same exceptional outcomes you’ve come to expect when working with Cumming.
Our preparedness is the direct result of our firm-wide business continuity program, a comprehensive and coordinated approach that enables our team to continue supporting our clients’ needs through any crisis or challenge, including an outbreak like the one we are facing now.
A key tenet of this program is that health and safety are always paramount. As a result, we have instituted preventative measures that safeguard the wellbeing of our team members and clients, while at the same time making it possible for us to deliver our services with minimal interruption. These measures include (but are not limited to) adhering to all local, state, and federal guidelines pertaining to office and site-based teams, limiting business travel, providing our teams with the tools and training to conduct virtual meetings, and avoiding large gatherings for any purpose as long as federal social distancing guidelines are in place. Anyone feeling ill, or who suspects they may have been exposed to the virus for any reason, is asked to self-quarantine for two weeks. Cumming has long invested in technological agility and robust IT support, making it easy for our team members to work and collaborate remotely with minimal disruption or adjustment.
Any site-based activities will continue to be carried out in strict accordance with our clients’ own policies, all local government rules and regulations, and the guidelines and best practices put forth by the CDC, WHO, and OSHA.
Lastly, we provide ongoing industry analysis on our website at www.ccorpusa.com. Just navigate to the Insights tab for our latest contributions. Between our industry thought leadership and our dedication to your success, we will be sure to keep you well-informed and up-to-date on any and all impacts this pandemic may have on your projects.
We are grateful for the continued trust you place in our team, and we wish you and your loved ones the very best of health.
