Joining Cumming’s Seattle-based team as a Managing Director, the firm will leverage Whorton’s leadership and extensive cost management experience to help drive its strategic growth initiatives.
Whorton brings a wealth of local experience and expertise to the Pacific Northwest team and will focus on assignments within the healthcare, civic, sports, science, commercial, and education sectors. Whorton joins Cumming after spending the last 20 years at NBBJ, a global architecture, planning and design firm based in Seattle. While at NBBJ, he led the firm’s cost consulting group which was involved with an extensive list of projects, from small tenant improvements to billion-dollar ventures.
