Earlier this week Cumming Group announced the final transition and consolidation of Lehrer Cumming’s Florida team, Miami-based Amicon Management, and Zimmer Construction Consultants of Boca Raton to Cumming Group. This change marks the formal completion of mergers between Cumming Group, AmiconManagement, and Zimmer Construction Consultants initiated earlier this year, and includes the incorporation of the Lehrer Cumming brand in Florida under Cumming Group. Lehrer Cumming, a division of Cumming Group providing project management and owner advisory services to clients in the eastern U.S., was formed in 2018 from the merger between NYC-based Lehrer LLC and Cumming Group.

With more than two decades of experience serving the LA Metro area, the local team of experts will continue to serve clients from the consultancy’s new location on S. Grand Ave. in Downtown Los Angeles.
Wayne Powderly, who has been active in Central Oregon for close to two decades, most recently with SunWest Builders, is now helming the newest Pacific Northwest office of Cumming Group — a privately held international project management and cost consulting firm with a focus on construction including in the public works, education, healthcare, multi-family, mixed-use, themed entertainment, and hospitality sectors.
