Star Performers

Each year, Cumming puts the spotlight on team members who have performed exceptionally over the previous year. These Star Performers are presented with a plaque and given a monetary reward for their outstanding achievement. Peers are encouraged to nominate team members they consider to be a Star Performer; after a rigorous review by Cumming’s leadership, a select few are granted the award.


Cumming maintains a competitive compensation package that includes a unique bonus system that rewards success, effort, and impact on the business. Through an internal survey, we were pleased to confirm that our pay is above national, regional, and industry averages for mid- and senior-level professionals.
