Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, NY

Westchester Medical Center encompasses six buildings and two million square feet. In 2012, Cumming Group provided project management services for six projects in two buildings, with cost management services added in 2013. From 2014-2015, Cumming Group provided full-scale construction management for nine projects, and design phase management for another 22. Our cost management team also supported each of these efforts. Projects include a $5.5 million expansion of the main tower building, an $11 million gut renovation of the main tower’s third floor, and a $7 million, 10,000-sq.-ft. Cellular and Tissue Engineering Laboratory that supports the medical center’s stem cell, cellular, tissue, and gene therapy programs.
