Cumming Group provided project and cost management services for this 187,500-sq.-ft. new School of Law and the renovation of the existing Taylor House. Construction included teaching spaces, a library, a café, mock courtroom, and meeting and office spaces.  Critical to the project and significant to the overall program is the School of Law library. The library spreads over three levels and features high-end finishes, detailed millwork, high ceilings, open spaces, and 32,000 linear feet of compact metal storage shelving. The library includes a large reading room and a common area enclosed with storefront glazing that looks out into a courtyard.
