Cumming Group performed cost management services on the Helios Energy Research Facility at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratories. The partially-funded British Petroleum (BP) facility includes a total of 150,000 square feet of energy bioscience, electrochemistry, solar technology, and alternate transportation fuel research space. Cumming Group provided milestone cost estimates from program through design completion for all building work, sitework, and equipment involved in the facility’s expansion.
