This new boutique hotel, designed by famed hotelier Ian Schrager, involved the complete renovation and conversion of the former Yacht Harbor Tower into a 353-room, high-fashion luxury hotel for Marriott. The Cumming Group team was hired by the project’s owners midway through construction to serve as development manager. In this role, Cumming Group directed the design and construction teams, the EDITION brand representatives, and the owner’s legal team and development forecasting.
