Cumming Group has supported Cottage Health System’s Project Management Group since 2008 and has recently provided detailed schedule management services on phase four of the 370,000-sq.-ft. Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. Consisting of the first diagnostic and therapeutic pavilion and two patient care pavilions, Cumming is also providing schedule and cost management services for phase five, which entails primarily make-ready and demolition scope, and Phase 6, which is a building addition project. Cumming Group is also providing schedule management services for the new 152,000-sq.-ft., design-build Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital campus.
