For this luxury resort project, which opened significantly ahead of schedule and under budget, Cumming Group provided design, project, and cost management; scheduling; as well as design and commissioning for operating supplies and equipment and a data center. In addition to this state-of-the- art data center, project involved the development of a 166-room hotel, three restaurants, a food court, 62,000 sq. ft. of gaming space, a 25,000-sq.-ft. multi-use entertainment facility, and a water and wastewater treatment plant. Site amenities include a lazy river, pool, and spa.
