Cumming Group provided program management services for the development of Georgia State University’s new academic facility located at the University’s Alpharetta campus. The two-story academic center features 43,500 sq. ft. of new space. Interior features include a combination of 48- and 60-seat classrooms, 60-seat tiered lecture rooms, breakout meeting rooms, and support areas.
