This Four Seasons hotel/ condo project is a new-build, 82-story tower in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City. Representing one of the project’s anchor lenders, Cumming Group was initially retained to review all drawings, plans, permits, contracts, and current costs to produce an extensive due diligence report used by the lender to decide whether or not to provide loans for the project. Our role later expanded to include monthly site visits, change order reviews, requisition reviews, and participation at meetings. Cumming Group also prepares monthly reports providing updates on project status.
