The $330 million Measure Z Bond program includes modernization and new construction of 26 high school, junior high, and alternate education campus facilities. While performing an independent performance audit at the mid-point of the program, Cumming Group identified several project management deficiencies and provided the Board of Trustees with best practice recommendations for their program. Cumming Group was subsequently retained to provide program management services as well as project/construction management for eight schools.
